Vijayan N Pandala (born 1st January, 1936)   on Malayattoor village near Kalady in Ernakulam District of Kerala State is renowned Fisheries Technologist. Vijayan’s father Narayanayan P.A. passed away in 1980 and mother Bhargavi Narayanan in 2007. Kunjamma Vijayan, wife, passed away in 1981 leaving behind Deepa daughter and son Sandeep Vijayan (Naval Architect).Vijayan N Pandala remarried Yamuna Vijayan in 1993 and is presently settled at Vennala, (Near Post Office), Ernakulam. He got one brother and two sisters. Presently Vijayan is the senior most living member of Pandala Tharavadu.
